Project Manager - Building Energy Solutions Department (M/F)

What will you do?

Due to our recent strong growth path we are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Building Energy Solutions Department who would coordinate group’s activities, help to develop business in group companies, increase revenue/profitability of group companies projects by business development activities and contribute to cross selling between companies and countries as well.

Major activity is performed in Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Poland and Romania.

Industry : Energy Services: Electrical, Mechanical Installation (HVAC), Low and high voltage, Combined Heat and Power, Energy Performance Contracting, Heating, Ventilation,, District Heating small units installations (experience with biomass or biogas units is a big advantage), Hard Facility Management of Building, Building automation solutions, T&T Solutions.
The candidate will report directly to the Head of Building Energy Solutions.

Skills you need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with implementation of technical projects, on building/project site, servicing, installation company, project management, project cost monitoring.
  • Czech and English (German and/or Polish language is advantage).
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 60% travel)
  • Advantage : Experience in Energy Systems, Photovoltaics/HVAC/Energy Efficiency/Energy performance Contracts projects implementation, drafting of project documentation, negotiation with B2B large customers or general contractors, ideal in German company, or Czech company with German links.
